Alexanders International is a privately owned estate agency specialising in the sale of properties in Spain, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Florida, Dubai and many other countries.
Managing Director, Alex Lowey has many years experience selling properties, particularly in Spain, and has personally visited many of the properties on offer. He is able to pass on first hand knowledge to prospective buyers, not only about property, but also local customs and culture. Alexanders do not believe in the “high pressure” sales techniques employed by some agents and will only deal with agencies in foreign countries that conform to these principles.
His philosophy is one of personal service to all clients and it is his dedication and hard work that has seen the company grow in recent years to encompass an ever wider choice of properties as new and exciting regions become available to UK buyers.

Alexanders International is a member firm of FOPDAC, the Federation of Overseas Property developers and Consultants, set up in 1973 to represent developers, agents and consultants involved in the sale of foreign properties. Membership of FOPDAC is only permitted to companies that meet the strict criteria set down by the federations Code of Practice. Alexanders is also a member firm of the CEI, the Confederation of European Estate Agents

Alexanders also operate an Estate Agency office in the UK, based in Southampton, offering residential property sales, lettings, property management and financial services, and is a member firm of the Estate Agents Ombudsman scheme approved by the office of fair trading and are members of NALS, (the National Approved Lettings Scheme).
